Tie-On Waist Beads:
Every tie-on waist bead is measured at 44 inches long, this allows you to cut and tie the waist bead to your liking/sizing.
(If the Standard length is unsuitable, please leave your waist size in inches in the notes section at checkout)
Screw-On Waist Beads:
Every screw-on waist bead is custom made to order. Please insure that you have measured you waist correctly in inches before placing your order!

Place the waist beads string and measure it around your desired waist area, make sure to leave enough space for movement and bloating. If your beads are tied too tight you will experience discomfort!
Once you have measured your beads, wrap your string once, but do don’t knot. This is a place holder and it gives you an idea of where your beads will land after securing the knot. Please ensure that there aren’t any gaps in between your beads—gaps will cause pinching and discomfort. Once there are no gaps, began tying 3 to 4 knots.
Burning the knot is optional, but helpful!
If you have extra string with beads, you can discard them or make them into an anklet or anything you’d like :) These are not needed as your beads are secure around your waist! Enjoy!
