All waist beads are traditional tie-on strands made with durable thread and glass seed beads. Each strand measures up to 44 inches with extra space for tying, so you can adjust them to sit comfortably wherever you like on your waist or hips.

Once tied, they are meant to stay on and can be worn daily as a form of adornment, mindfulness, or personal connection to your body.
